AK supply cable junction boxes, waterproofed for standard and GGVS/ADR. A wide range of cable junction boxes is available. They are for heavy-duty use by commercial vehicles, are vibration proof and are available up to protection IP 69K

AK supply components for the safe, reliable connection and support of connectors in vehicles. These include diode boxes and modules with variable connected diodes and waterproof push-buttons for heavy duty use.
With integrated process monitoring on the latest automatic machinery and machines we are both able to crosscut, to dismantle and to coil cables and to crimp most diverse contacts. During the process of crosscutting, it is possible to realize a double-sided marking of cables by using a thermal transfer printing technology. Due to the most recent grouting technology, connectors, contacts and cables are overmoulded on customized requirements by high and low pressure process with specific plastics, e. g. hotmelt or thermoplastic. Before the overmoulding process, there are particular cables which needs a pre-treatment of keying. Certainly, our machinery enables us to convert keying, too.
